David Carton, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law practice group, is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney and has practiced Family Law since 1995, and regularly appears before Family Court Judges throughout New Jersey. He represents clients in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, domestic violence, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, issues between same sex and non-married couples and division of assets. He has authored articles, and lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on family issues.
